Service reserved for professionals

The Pro plan is sold only to persons acting for the purposes of their professional activity (content creator, sole trader, company). By accepting these terms, the subscriber declares that they subscribe in that capacity. Consumer protection provisions reserved for consumers therefore do not apply.

Acceptance and changes

A subscription can only be taken out after ticking, on the payment page, a box by which the subscriber accepts these terms and declares that they act in a professional capacity. The accepted version is the one online on the date of payment.

QUATORZE may change these terms. The subscriber is informed by email at least 30 days in advance; the new version applies from the following period. A subscriber who refuses it cancels before that date.

Subscriptions are taken out on the web only. The iPhone app offers no purchase.

Plans

Discovery (free): 3 project creations per rolling period of 12 months. The counter tracks creations: deleting a project does not free a slot. A slot frees up 12 months after the creation that used it.

Pro (paid): unlimited project creations. All other features are identical in both plans.

Prices and VAT

Pro plan prices, excluding tax: €19 per month or €190 per year · $19 per month or $190 per year · £16 per month or £160 per year. The yearly subscription corresponds to 10 months charged for 12. The currency depends on the display language; the final amount, including taxes, is confirmed on the payment page.

France: French VAT at 20%. Other European Union member state: invoiced without VAT upon a valid VAT number, the tax being due by the subscriber (reverse charge). Outside the European Union: invoiced without French VAT; the subscriber pays any taxes due in their country.

Payment and invoicing

Payment is made by card through the payment provider Stripe. QUATORZE never has access to card details. The price of the period is charged at subscription, then at the start of each period.

An invoice is issued for each payment, sent by email and available from the “Subscription” area of the account, where the subscriber can also update their card, address and VAT number.

Term and renewal

The subscription is entered into for the chosen period (one month or one year). It renews automatically for an identical period, at the current price, unless cancelled. For a yearly subscription, a reminder is sent by email at least 7 days before renewal.

Cancellation

The subscriber can cancel at any time from the “Subscription” area of their account, with no fee or justification. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: the Pro plan remains active until then, and the period started is not refunded. The subscriber can undo the cancellation until the period ends.

At the end of the period, the account returns to the Discovery plan. No data is deleted: all projects remain accessible, only new creations are subject to the Discovery limit.

Deleting the account cancels the subscription immediately, without refund of the current period. To use the paid period, the subscriber cancels first and deletes their account when it ends.

Payment failure

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and the subscriber is asked to update their card. The Pro plan remains active during these retries. If payment does not succeed, the subscription ends and the account returns to the Discovery plan, with no loss of data.

Right of withdrawal

As the service is reserved for professionals, the right of withdrawal provided for consumers does not apply. Access to the Pro plan is immediate upon payment.

Account deletion and data

The subscriber can delete their account at any time from the web or the app. Deletion permanently erases all their data at taact and cancels the subscription at Stripe. Subscription invoices remain stored by Stripe on behalf of QUATORZE, under its accounting obligations. Processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Price changes

QUATORZE may change its prices. A new price only applies from the following period, after the subscriber is informed by email at least 30 days in advance. A subscriber who refuses it cancels before renewal.

Availability and liability

QUATORZE strives to keep the service available at all times, without any guarantee of absolute availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or in the event of a hosting provider outage.

QUATORZE's liability is limited to direct damage, up to the amounts paid by the subscriber over the last 12 months, except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. The subscriber remains responsible for the content they enter and the documents they issue from the service.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the subscriber first contacts support to seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement within 30 days, the dispute is brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules.
