Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the taact application. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms without reservation.
Purpose
These Terms set out how the taact application — an online service for managing collaborations, projects, deliverables and invoices for content creators and their partners — is made available and used.
Access to the service
Access to taact requires creating an account and an internet connection. Some features may be reserved for paid plans. The publisher strives to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend access for maintenance or security reasons.
Account and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the confidentiality of your credentials. Any action carried out from your account is deemed to be performed by you. You undertake to notify us without delay of any unauthorised use of your account.
Acceptable use
You undertake to use taact in accordance with the law and these Terms, without infringing the rights of third parties, without attempting to access data not intended for you, without compromising the security or integrity of the service, and without publishing unlawful content.
User content
You retain ownership of the content you create or import into taact. You grant us only the technical rights necessary to host, display and process that content as part of the service. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the content you publish.
Intellectual property
The application, its brand, logo, interface and code remain the exclusive property of the publisher. These Terms grant you no ownership right over the service, but a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use.
Third-party services
taact may rely on third-party services (for example Google Calendar) that you choose to enable. Their use is subject to their own terms; the publisher is not responsible for those third-party services.
Artificial intelligence features
taact provides features based on artificial intelligence: analysis of an uploaded brief, writing suggestions for a deliverable, idea prompts in the workshop, column matching when importing data, and a help assistant. Each one is labelled on screen at the moment it produces content.
This content is generated automatically. It consists of SUGGESTIONS: it may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and must be checked before being saved, published or sent to a third party. None of these features decides on its own: nothing is saved without your approval.
You remain responsible for the content you keep and distribute, including content derived from an AI-generated suggestion, and for respecting third-party rights in the documents you submit for analysis.
Processing is carried out by our sub-processor Mistral AI, on infrastructure located in the European Union. Only the content required for the requested processing is sent to it.
Liability
taact is provided “as is”. The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damage, loss of data attributable to the user, or misuse of the service. The publisher’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. The publisher may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, in compliance with applicable regulations.
Changes to the Terms
The publisher may amend these Terms. Material changes will be notified to you; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the version in force.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the competent courts. [competent jurisdiction — to be completed]
